STORE POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. STORE CREDITS EXPIRE IN 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Delivery or pick up must be scheduled within 30 days of the furniture arriving to our warehouse. A storage fee of $100 per month will be assessed on any items not picked up.
LEAD TIMES.
Lead times are approximate and are always subject to change by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for transit issues, backordered materials or any situation that is beyond the control of Domicile Furniture. No compensation of any kind will be given in the event of a manufacturer delay.
PICK UPS
If you choose to pick up your furniture, you must bring your own wrapping materials. Insurance regulations prevent us from loading your furniture. You will need to lift and load your own furniture into your own vehicle. Furniture must be fully inspected at the time of pick up. We cannot be responsible for any damages once the furniture leaves our property. Any damages/defects must be reported at the time of delivery or pick up.
