DELIVERY POLICIES

Deliveries are available Monday thru Saturday 12 -8pm . Since we cannot narrow your delivery time beyond the 2 hour window, the drivers will call you approximately 15-30 minutes before they arrive. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Our drivers are not licensed or insured to remove or re-arrange furniture.

We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit. The customer is responsible for measuring all doorways, stairways, elevators, etc to determine if items will fit. We will not offer refunds, compensation or exchanges on any piece that does not fit. There are third party local services available who offer disassembly and reassembly services.
